PistachioZombie’s Terms and Rules for 2022-23 Commissions
- Payment is due once you approve the watermarked sketch. I will notify you I am about to begin your commission and I will still send previews for your comfort. You must let me know asap if you cannot pay for a commission anymore.
- Please do not send me a story and ask me to draw something random from it. I cannot work with something like that and unfortunately cannot accept a commission in any way other than the template and form I have provided. Everything must be as detailed as you can make it. Artistic freedom is fine, but I will not make up a scene for you without your help.
- If I contacted you about starting your commission, or sent payment and have not heard back from you in a week, I will push your commission to the last slot. If no response in +2 weeks, I will cancel it unless a reasonable excuse (i.e. family death, internet outage, etc)
-I have the right to reject a commission I don't find right for my style or understanding, but generally I do accept most commissions that come my way.
Turnaround Time: Very important!
- I have chronic depression and fatigue and have a hard time managing time and energy some days, so commissions don't get done in a single week. If your commissions are time sensitive, I will be happy to work with you, just let me know asap. Otherwise, please don't commission if you cannot be patient with me. On average, with a good month it will take 2-6 weeks.
Refund Policy:
- No refunds after the image is completed. There are several times I will ask for your approval before completing the order.
- Partial refund if you change your mind and I have already shown you the sketch/progress.
- Full refund if you have sent payment before I sent the sketch and you change your mind.
Animation Rules and Terms:
- Animation takes a lot longer, so the turnaround time may be longer. Please consider this if you're looking for faster results!
- Payment for animations are 50% up front via PayPal invoice.
- I require detailed descriptions and image references
-Any additional detail negotiated will have an additional fee depending on the detail, but will range from $35-100. (i.e. adding effects, extra object movement, background, etc.)
